Talk Fluor So nabs two awards at the International Speech and Table Topic Competition at the National Level

On behalf of the Executive of Talk Fluor So Toastmasters Club, we extend our hearty congratulations to the winners of our local leg of the International Speech and Table Topics Competition. The winners will go on to represent us at the District (81) competition in Barbados (May 2017), competing against the other 24 territories making up the District. The competitions took place at the Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies on Saturday 29th April, 2017. The winners were:
For the International Speech Competition 2017
1st Place:  Lennox Sealey
2nd Place: David Charlerie
3rd Place:  Brian Baig
Table Topics Competition 2017
1st Place:  Sherdon Pierre
2nd Place:  Lennox Sealey
3rd Place:  Makesi Paul
The winner in Barbados will go onto compete at the 86th Annual Toastmasters International Convention (August 2017) in Vancouva, British Columbia, Canada.  Could it be Trinidad and Tobago this year?  We will find out soon enough!
Toastmasters Brian Baig, Makesi Paul and Sara-Jade Govia represented Talk Fluor So magnificently, also Alvin Morton, Christine Forde, Denise Scott-King and for representing both their clubs and their Areas so well.

We meet every 1st and 3rd Thursday at the Chancellor Hotel, 5 St. Anns Road, St. Anns, Port-of-Spain. Our meetings start promptly at 5:29 and go till 7 to 7:15. Gated parking provided.
